Bowling League for Special Needs Community Brings Joy in Cary

Every Saturday at Bowlero in Cary, the Endless Sports bowling league welcomes athletes of all ages and abilities for a morning of fun, friendship, and plenty of high-fives. The Triangle-based nonprofit started with a lacrosse program four years ago and has since grown to include bowling, E-Sports, and even golf.

“There’s really no expectations, which is what makes it great,” said Director Scott Stein. “It’s just about having fun, no more than that.” Volunteers, many of them local teens, help run the league and create a welcoming environment while families get a chance to relax and connect.

The bowling season runs through August 9, after which Endless Sports will kick off its fall lacrosse league in September. The organization relies on volunteers and donations to keep programs going.
