Cary Town Council Concludes Annual Staff Meeting

The Cary Town Council and town leadership wrapped up their two day Annual Meeting on February 20 and 21 at the Courtyard Marriott Raleigh Cary, spending time aligning on priorities for the year ahead. Discussions focused on finance, budget updates, and long range strategic planning, with councilmembers and staff working together to shape the direction of the town. Interim Town Manager Russ Overton said the meeting gave everyone a chance to reconnect with Cary’s mission and values while laying the groundwork for future decisions that will guide the community forward.
To keep residents informed, the entire meeting was livestreamed and recorded. Community members can now watch the full sessions on demand through the Town of Cary’s YouTube channel and review all meeting presentations online. Town officials encourage residents to check out the materials and stay engaged as Cary continues planning for the future.
