Pimento Cheese Festival Returns in April!

Cary’s cheesiest event is back! The 6th Annual Pimento Cheese Festival hits Downtown Cary Park on Saturday, April 12, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Expect local vendors serving up pimento cheese-infused dishes, live music, cold brews, and a Cheese Sculpting Contest that’s exactly as wild as it sounds. There’s also a golf simulator and the always-popular Pimento Cheese Lounge for those who like their Southern spreads with a side of chill.

Admission is free, and the vibes will be immaculate. Bring your appetite and meet us downtown—this is the only festival in the country dedicated to pimento cheese, and Cary’s making it count.

Go check out their brand new showroom in Cary!

Say hello to Cary’s newest gem—Aidan Marie Jewelry. From vintage treasures to one-of-a-kind creations, this isn’t your average jewelry store. It’s where experience meets creativity, thanks to the dynamic duo of Christian (the gem expert) and Aidan (the design visionary).

Whether you're marking a milestone or just want something that makes you feel amazing, they’ve got you. Visit their showroom at 3434 Kildaire Farm Rd, Suite 122 and find something that speaks to you.

Because jewelry should feel as good as it looks.

Restaurant of the Week: Wasabi Sushi & Thai Restaurant

Wasabi, is a longtime local favorite for sushi and Japanese cuisine. The space is polished without being too formal, making it just as good for a casual lunch as it is for a night out. The sushi is fresh, the plating is elegant, and the kitchen delivers both classic flavors and creative takes that actually work.

You’ll find all the staples here. Miso soup, sashimi, bento boxes, but the specialty rolls are where Wasabi really shines. If you’re not into raw fish, the teriyaki and tempura options are just as satisfying. Service is always on point, and the atmosphere hits that sweet spot between cozy and upscale. Try the Cary Roll or the Dynamite Scallop, and be ready to join the regulars who swear by this place.
