📘NEW Maynard Construction Until 2026

Plus: Warm Spring Weekend Events!

Happy Friday Cary!

Weather is going to be a little spotty this weekend, but we’ve got tons of fun things to do, inside and out.

In today’s issue, we talk about new, year-long construction on Maynard, some events for the whole family, and plenty of other fun things to do this weekend.

But before we get into the thick of it, I wanted to know something: do you want to see a local business spotlight section, similar to the Charity/Restaurant of the week section?

🚧 Big Changes Coming to SE Maynard

If you've driven past 921 SE Maynard lately, you might've noticed the rumble of early construction. That’s no coincidence — Cary and its development partner, Laurel Street, just kicked off site prep for a major new project.

This marks the beginning of a multi-year construction effort that’s expected to run through 2026. Details are still emerging, but the project signals more growth (and likely more housing) for a busy stretch of town.
