Vendors Wanted for Cary’s Harvest Fest

Are you a local nonprofit, artisan, or business focused on food sustainability, farming, or eco-friendly living? You’re invited to join us for Cary’s Harvest Fest at Good Hope Farm on October 18 and November 15. This free, family-friendly event celebrates Cary’s agricultural heritage with farm tours, live music, hands-on workshops, local food, and educational booths.
It’s a great opportunity to connect with the community, share your mission, and showcase your work in a lively outdoor setting. If your organization or business aligns with the themes of farming, food security, or going green, we encourage you to participate. Visit the Town of Cary’s website for more details on how to get involved.
Last Call to Volunteer at Lazy Daze!

There are still a few volunteer shifts available for Lazy Daze on August 22 (load-in), 23, and 24. This is one of Cary’s longest-running traditions, and it’s a great way to meet new people while supporting local arts and culture.
Volunteers receive a free festival T-shirt and become part of the behind-the-scenes team that helps make the event a success. Spots are limited, so sign up soon and be part of this year’s celebration.

While the crowd’s chasing yesterday’s headlines, the real money’s brewing in the shadows. 2025’s megatrends - AI’s takeover, consumer empires doubling down, aerial taxis rewriting travel - are already here.
And Wall Street’s too busy navel-gazing to notice.
Their 10 Stocks Set to Soar in 2025 report cracks the code on those megatrends, giving you the name and ticker of the companies at the forefront of each one.
MarketBeat’s analysts sifted the chaff to deliver these 10 picks… And they could very well be your ticket to profits the masses will miss.
Free today, after that, it’s strictly for paid members.

Charity of the Week: CORRAL Riding Academy!

CORRAL Riding Academy is a nonprofit organization based in Cary, North Carolina, dedicated to helping adolescent girls in high-risk situations through equine-assisted therapy and comprehensive academic and emotional support. Since 2008, CORRAL has worked to break the cycle of trauma by pairing rescued horses with young girls who have experienced significant adversity, including abuse, neglect, and systemic inequality.
The program begins with “Join the Herd,” a 12-week introduction to equine therapy focused on relationship-building and emotional regulation. Those who continue enter the long-term Riding Academy, which combines therapy, mentorship, academic tutoring, vocational training, and family support. Girls often remain in the program for multiple years, committing up to 17 hours per week during the school year. The impact is powerful—participants show improved mental health, higher academic achievement, and increased college acceptance rates.
CORRAL operates campuses in Cary and Raleigh and depends heavily on donations and volunteer involvement to serve these youth. To support their mission and make a direct impact, you can donate through their website.
