Caryâs 2024 Water Quality Report Now Online

Stay informed about your water quality! Caryâs federally mandated 2024 Annual Water Quality Report is now available online. This comprehensive report covers detailed testing results, treatment processes, and efforts ensuring safe, reliable drinking water.
In 2024, Cary produced over 8.4 billion gallons of water meeting or exceeding all federal and state standards. Highlights include the Water Meter Replacement Program, proactive testing for emerging contaminants like PFAS and 1,4-dioxane, and confirmation that Cary's water system has no lead service lines.
âThis report showcases the dedication of our team and the excellence of our water system," said Jamie Revels, Director of Utilities. âWe're committed to delivering quality drinking water to our growing community.â
